Eight Long Island golf courses are participating in this year's Free Golf Program, an annual subscription special offered by Hicksville-based Golfing Magazine.  The 2016 slate of offerings also includes an hour of free simulator time at Simplay in Hauppauge. Golfing Mag certificates, now available for $49, will soon arrive in subscriber mailboxes and allow "free"
