The Red Course at Eisenhower Park has been closed since Hurricane Sandy arrived last month, and it will remain closed through the offseason, according to park personnel.  Eisenhower's signature layout — a Devereux Emmet design — typically shuts down for the season in early to mid-December, but tree damage from the storm kept it quiet
