The Bergen Point Golf Course in West Babylon will host the second annual Last Hope Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation golf outing on Wednesday, September 23. Entry is $175 per golfer and $600 per foursome, and includes greens fee, cart, dinner, prizes and a silent auction. Bergen Point plays alongside Great South Bay and is often wet and windy. Creeks, ponds and inlets are present on several holes. The flat terrain and open layout make it a good course for beginners. Skilled players will find the course challenging when the bay winds whip across the fairways.
