The Town of Islip's three municipal golf courses are closed as a safety precaution, according to a notice sent out Monday night.
Brentwood Country Club, Holbrook Country Club and the nine-hole course at Gull Haven in Central Islip are tentatively scheduled to reopen on Friday, March 27. Brentwood and Holbrook recently reopened for the 2020 season on March 13.
