Pine Hills Country Club in Manorville will aerate its greens on Tuesday, September 13 and Wednesday, September 14. The course will remain open during aeration with nine holes available for play. An aeration discount will be offered during the week. Contact the course for details.
The par-73 layout north of Sunrise Highway in Manorville is the third longest public golf course on Long Island, behind only Bethpage Black and Cherry Creek Links. The course now boasts new drainage systems in all 18 of its greens as well as a new course irrigation system, according to a Pine Hills newsletter.
