Long Island National Golf Club in Riverhead, Swan Lake Golf Club in Manorville and Calverton Links in Calverton are are open for play on the East End. Long Island National is charging $40 — cash only — Thursday and Friday, and Calverton Links is walking-only until further notice.
Meanwhile, back toward central Long Island, the Town of Huntington's Crab Meadow Golf Course in Northport and the nine-hole Dix Hills Park course are closed at least until the weekend. Both courses lost many trees and are currently without power. A walking-only reopening is possible by Saturday.
