The F.D.R. Division of the Suffolk County Council is a special-needs Scouting program serving developmentally, physically and emotionally disabled youth and adults in the county.  Its mission is to provide opportunities for individuals with special needs to participate in the Scouting movement.

Hamlet Wind Watch is an attractive, hazard-heavy layout (nearly 80 bunkers in total) that tees off from one of Long Island's highest points.  For more on the course, check out the Wind Watch flyover.
