The Nassau County municipal golf courses at Bay Park in East Rockaway and Christopher Morley Park in Roslyn are closed for the season. Both nine-hole par-30s will reopen sometime in March.
Bay Park is a flat, wide-open course exposed to strong winds off Hewlett Bay and surrounding inlets. Christopher Morley is shorter and tighter. Nassau's other two munis — North Woodmere and Cantiague — will remain open through the winter, weather permitting.
